We set up Hochuang Co., Ltd. In 1991 and have received guidance and assistance from industry seniors ever since. In 1999, we established Hejiu Technology Co., Ltd. to expand our operations from the initial mold processing to super-precision processing and nanotechnology mirror processing. We have extended our services to customers in the fields of optoelectronics, 3C industries, medical supplies, IC packaging, semiconductor equipment, etc., in addition to the traditional mold-related enterprises. Besides, we have also cooperated with various academic research units in developing production procedures.

The optoelectronics and nanotechnology are now actively being developed by local high-tech firms. With our many years of experiences in serving customers and in R & D as well as advanced equipment and instrument, we can offer the most professional support services to help boost industrial upgrading.

Our company has several R & D achievements in optoelectronics, DVD, CD-R, and TFT-LCT back-light modules, and has boasted the same technical levels as leading markers in Europe, the U.S. and Japan for the manufacturing of relevant parts and components. We have also cooperated with leading plants in the fields.

History
	HECHUANG mold mirror workshop was established.
	In cooperation with Chung-shan Institute of Science and Technology, Industrial Technology Research Institute, MetalCenter, NationalChengKungUniversity, TsinghuaUniversity and other research institutions.
	Jointly developed with the ITRI Mechanical Institute for disc molds, light-guide plate mold; in addition, the Company's main business is on optical disc mold in cooperation with 30 optical disc manufacturers with the production of more than 5000 units of molds and components. The Company is one of few manufacturers which are capable of making the whole sets of molds.
	HEJIU Technology Co., Ltd was established. Products from the initial mold mirror processing to the ultra-precision processing, nanotechnology mirror processing, optical mirror mold manufacturing are suitably used for the optoelectronics industry, 3C industry, medical equipment and other precision tool parts.
	HECHI Technology Co., Ltd. was established, specializing in making LGP & Window Lens.
	HECHI Technology delivered first batch of finished products.
	HECHI Technology successfully gained Certification to an ISO9001 international quality standard.
	HECHI Technology successfully gained Certification to IECQ QC080000 for process management of electrical and electronic components and products with hazardous substance. All products comply with the RoHS standards.
